I'll ask this just because I can now: I've noticed that you have a few musical motifs, and the song "birb" by Vince Kaichan has a similar motif to your opening/wordmark/whatever you may call it motif. Perhaps a musical influence? Or just coincidence?

good song! i’ve never heard it before, but it is a fairly common (kind of) melody that pops up in some places (see glass beach’s “rare animal” at like 1:03 in, the melody repeats the “encore motif” a bunch of times)
